Sacred Roots Integrative Health

My Story

I Have Been Where You Are

My journey into integrative health did not start with a calling. It started with a body that was falling apart and a childhood that gave it every reason to.

From a young age I was navigating trauma, chronic gut issues, mold exposure, and a nervous system that never learned how to feel safe. As I got older, the list only grew. SIBO. Severe anxiety and panic attacks that could stop me in my tracks. POTS and dysautonomia. Hormone imbalances. Heavy metal toxicity. Dental issues tied back to it all. I sought help from provider after provider and was dismissed more times than I can count. The people closest to me did not always understand it either, and I often felt like I was managing all of it alone.

At 19, I lost my mother to breast cancer. I then watched my aunt fight the same disease. Both of them struggled for over a decade inside a medical system that treated their diagnosis but rarely treated them as whole people. Watching that taught me something I have never forgotten: I did not want this for myself, and I did not want it for my future family.

So I took my health into my own hands. When providers ran out of answers and the people around me could not fully support what I was going through, I started figuring it out myself. I researched. I tested. I tried protocol after protocol on my own body, adjusting when something did not work and paying attention when something finally did.

Piece by piece, I got my life back. The extreme reactions to everything eased into occasional, manageable anxiety. My hormones leveled out. My energy came back. My gut and my nervous system finally started working with me instead of against me.

I built Sacred Roots because I am done watching families pass the same health struggles down through generations without ever finding the root cause. I am here to help break that cycle, for you and for the people who come after you.

I am not just someone who studied this. I lived it, tested it, and came out the other side. When you come through this door, you are not just a client. You are someone I am genuinely invested in seeing heal, and you will not be figuring it out alone.

“I did not find my way through because someone handed me the answers. I found it because I refused to stop searching, and because I refused to let this cycle continue. Now I am here to look with you.”
